We don't do much for Valentine's Day. And I'm okay with that.
Today the boys were off school. We had a nice relaxing morning.
Then my date, Cole, and I headed into Grand Rapids. He had a doctor appointment. The other boys stayed home. We've been doing that more lately with our oldest almost being thirteen.
The appointment took just about two hours. Ugh. Good thing it is only once every three months.
Then we went to Chili's and had a delicious dinner!
Then Cole and I went to Salvation Army. I saw a lot I liked. But not anything I couldn't live without. I did get two pair of pants for JJ. He has been needing some that fit him at the waist but aren't too short at the ankle.
We had to hurry and get back for baseball practice at seven. Otherwise we'd still be on our date!
Now we are all watching Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2.
