A Year Ago

A year ago we were having a birthday party celebration like we are going to have this weekend.

These two boys have changed so much in a year!

We were also getting ready to leave a house we had lived in for six years.

A lot of those boxes still haven't been unpacked!

I am so grateful for our house and where we are at. I'm learning not to stress about getting things done within a certain time frame. It will take time and I can't have such high expectations. I need to take time to enjoy things. Especially this weekend and time with family. And the weather looks to be gorgeous tomorrow!

I've actually started some decorating. I needed to have some fun mixed in with all the tedious work. I'm struggling with what to do on the built in shelves. This is what I have so far.

And my light fixture over the sink is done!
