Phone Dump & News

We met with our mortgage guy yesterday. We are locked in at 3.75%. We got all our paperwork that we need to sign and initial. If we get that done, and return it along with all the required pay stubs, bank statements, W2s and everything else, the whole process can move along. We may even be closing within a month!

I’m pretty excited! At least I am until I think about how long before we actually move into the house :/
