Garage Sale Goodies

I couldn’t help myself. She was so pretty and so cheap. I could picture a thousand things to do with it. So, I had to get it. My morning jogs are going to become very expensive if this continues.
No worries- I found some space for her in the garage until she has a more permanent home.

All of these items were purchased for a total of $50.
Isn’t this piece pretty?

Look at those legs!

I’m thinking I will be painting this piece. Lots of scratches on the top. I haven’t decided yet if I will be using the mirror or not.

And aren’t these old books and this teapot beautiful? I have a hard time resisting old books too. They can be used in lots of craft projects, or kept to sit on a shelf and look pretty.

Co-Co was with me and found those roller skates. He’s been having fun skating up and down the sidewalk.
The plastic bag is filled with boys clothes. Do you know how often I find boys clothes at garage sales? Hardly ever! And they are name brand clothes and in great condition.
What do you think? Worth $50?
I think so.
That furniture piece will be my next project. Should I paint it a fun bright color? Or maybe do a chevron pattern or something similar?
I’m not sure yet, but I’m excited.
Any suggestions?
